My Dyslexia Superpower was formed to empower children with dyslexia by helping them recognize their unique strengths and providing essential dyslexia resources, tools, and support through educational support programs to help them succeed academically and personally. We believe dyslexia is not a disability, but a superpower—and our mission is to shift the narrative from struggle to strength while promoting community awareness advocacy.
Our goal is to enhance community awareness advocacy by providing essential dyslexia resources that assist dyslexic students in navigating reading and learning challenges. These include:
• Clear reading rulers and transparent highlighters
• Reader guides and visual aids
• The “Here’s Hank” book series for school libraries
These educational support programs will be distributed to local elementary schools in St. Johns County. We will collaborate directly with teachers and school administrators to identify students who may benefit from these valuable tools.
We will raise community awareness advocacy through:
• Presentations at local churches and community centers
• Social media campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Collaboration with other dyslexia-focused organizations to share valuable dyslexia resources.
Our goal is to reduce stigma, promote early identification, and encourage inclusive education practices while supporting educational support programs.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals to provide support for children with dyslexia. You can donate via Paypal below, or you can also find us on Venmo @MyDyslexiaSuperpower
